Japanese nationals and foreign nationals can register and send remittances to the Philippines. Please note that nationals from North Korea and Iran are prohibited from sending remittances from Japan under Japanese law.

The maximum number of active beneficiaries is eight (8) individuals and eight (8) entities or organizations.
As per rules and regulations for claiming cash pick-up transactions, two (2) valid and original identification documents/I.D.s are required to be presented. The documents accepted are the following :

Company IDS (issued by private entities registered with or supervised or regulated either by BSP, SEC or IC)

Other identification documents issued by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, including its political subdivisions, agencies and instrumentalities are accepted.
(Note : As per rules and regulations set by cash pick-up outlets, photocopies or photos from smartphones will NOT be accepted. Additional IDs may be required depending on the branch or outlet.)
KABAYAN accepts contributions/payments for Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.

For your convenience, APP transactions are available until 10 PM, and walk-in customers are welcome until 6 PM.
KABAYAN offers a remittance service with a low service fee of only ¥480 for all transactions.

A registered remitter can send the remittance directly to KABAYAN's bank account.

According to AML regulations, the account holder's and remitter's names must match for any remittance or transfer. If they do not, the transaction will be ineligible for processing, and the funds will be returned to the sender's bank account.
Remittances are NOT money-sending transactions provided by a bank, etc. Any excess amount from processed transactions will be transferred back to the remitter's bank account.
