A step-by-step explanation on sending money/remittance via Pay-easy.

Select "Pay-easy"(ATM) as the "Mode of Payment".
Then complete the procedure for making and sending your remittance.

After completion, the screen image will provide the following details accordingly :
Payment Organization No. of KABAYAN / 収納機関番号
Customer No. / お客様番号
Confirmation No. / 確認番号
These (3 items) are the important details required to pay via "Pay-easy".
And others :
Payment Deadline : is the duration to make the "Pay-easy" transaction at the ATM.
Total Amount : is the amount payable via "Pay-easy"
Reminder : Please take note of the payment deadline. If a transaction has passed the payment deadline, it will expire, and the customer will need to re-enter the transaction in the app.

After making the transaction on the PhilMoney APP, search for an ATM from any bank near your location. Look for the "Pay-easy" mark or logo on the machine.

From the screen menu, select "Pay-easy".
Reminder : After selecting "Pay-easy" :
Some ATM banks will request customers to enter their contact number beforehand or after entering the confirmation numbers.

Cash Card (キャッシュカード)

Enter the :
収納機関番号 / Payment Organization No. of KABAYAN
(5-digit)
( 58054 = Payment Organization No. of KABAYAN )

Enter the :
お客様番号 / Customer No. / お客様番号
(20-digit)

確認番号 / Confirmation No.

Confirm all the details that appears on the screen.
"KABAYAN" should appear on the screen. ( 株式会社KABAYAN )
If correct, press "Confirm".

The details will appear on the screen with the "Total Amount" of remittance transaction.
If correct, press "Confirm".

Select and press the mode of payment :
Cash (現金) or
Cash Card (キャッシュカード)
And insert or type in the amount shown on Step 2.

A statement will be printed-out if the transaction is successful.

Payment made via "Pay-easy" will be systematically checked by our app's API. Once confirmation of the fund payment is received, the remittance transaction will proceed.
