First-time user of PhilMoney APP is required to register.
Tap on "New Register" to create new account.
*Reminder : Online registration is done just once for the app's first-time user.
2. Tap on "I Agreed with the Terms of Service".
3. Please read the "Terms and Conditions". Scroll down and, if you agree tap 'Agree'.
4. Tap "Sign Up".
5. Fill in all required information and tap "Sign Up".
*Reminder : All information should match exactly to the required identification cards or IDs that will be sent through this app.
6. A 6-digit verification code will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided. Enter the code in the provided field and then press "Submit".
*Reminder : Only Japanese mobile numbers must be provided.
7. A verification message will pop-up after confirmation.
8. Allow the app to access the mobile camera.
9. For foreign nationals residing in Japan, choose "Foreigner".
10. Tap on the camera icon to upload the required ID photos then press "Next".
11. For Japanese nationals, choose "Japanese".
12. Tap on the camera icon to upload the required ID photos then press "Next".
13. Please follow the pattern when taking a selfie-photo holding one of the required IDs.
14. Fill-in ID details, then press "Verify".
15. The registration will be "Reviewed" by KABAYAN International Ltd. officers in accordance with KYC Rules and Regulations set by the Government of Japan.
16. A notification will be sent to the "Notification>Personal" tab of the app regarding the status of the online registration.
*Please take note that under KYC Rules and Regulations, registration may be rejected under many circumstances. Such reasons will be sent via a notification on the "Notification >Personal" tab. To correct these reasons, please go to "Settings>ID Verification" tab of the app.
17. On the Main Menu, click the "Settings" tab.
18. Click "ID Verification" to repeat the process of verifying your ID if the registration is rejected.
