If the monthly remittance exceeds the company threshold (¥300,000), the remitter is required to provide proof of the origin of the funds.
(Note : The remittance service and the relationship between the client and KABAYAN International Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of Japan. All disputes and claims arise from the money transaction service or related matters shall be resolved by arbitration set out by the Japan Payment Service Association as a certified association for payment service providers according to Article 87 of the "Payment Services Act". )
1. On "Remittance", after completing all fields, click 'Preview' to view the remittance transaction details."
2. Should the sender's remittance exceed the monthly threshold, an alert message will be displayed: 'Over ¥300,000 Monthly. Please upload three months of pay slips or copies of three months of bank statements
This is to provide proof of the origin of funds.
Click "Upload".
3. Choose :
Camera : allows the sender to take real-time photos of documents.
Album : includes photo files already saved on the mobile phone.
PDF files : includes PDFs saved on the mobile phone.
After selecting, click "Submit".
The uploaded documents will be checked and screened by staff. Transactions will proceed if the documents are approved.
