What are the requirements needed to register ?

Can a Japanese register as a remitter ?
Japanese nationals and other nationality can register and send a remittance to the Philippines. Please be reminded that nationals from North Korea and Iran are not permitted or restricted to send a remittance from Japan under Japanese Law.

What are the information needed from my beneficiary/receiver ?

How many beneficiary/receiver can a remitter register ?
The maximum is twelve(12) active individual beneficiary and twelve(12) active entity/organization beneficiary.

What are the requirements needed from the beneficiary/receiver to present upon claiming cash pick up remittance in the Philippines ?
As per rules and regulations for claiming cash pick-up transactions in the Philippines, two(2) valid and original identification documents/I.D.s are required to be presented. The documents accepted are the following :

How much is the service fee ?
Service fee with KABAYAN for sending remittance to Philippines is as low as 480 JPY(for all transaction).

How to know the exchange rate from JPY to PHP ?
Exchange rates are shown everyday.

Can I use another person's account to send my remittance ?
In accordance to AML Rule, that upon remittance/transferring money, the account holder and the remitter’s name should be the same, otherwise, transaction will NOT be eligible for process and amount will be transferred back to the sender's bank account.
Can I leave my excess amount of remittance and use it on my next transaction ?
Remittance are NOT money sending transactions provided by a bank, etc., any excess amount from processed transaction will be transferred back to the remitter's bank account.
What is KABAYAN's business hour ?
KABAYAN is open from Monday thru Sunday, from 1000 a.m to 1900 p.m (Note : Accepting and processing of remittance transactions are until 1800 hrs only)
